| From Sapporo downtown area,teke the National Route 230 towards Nakayama
mountain path,after passing Jozankei onsen on your right,there is going
to be a rest area with lavatories.Keep going and you will be able to see
Hoheikyo dam,turn left at the intersection ( there is going to be sign
board ) ,and keep going for 600m.Hoheikyo Onsen is on your left side.It
is about 35kms from downtown Sapporo. |

| Use Sapporo Nanboku subway line,get off at Makomanai station.Walk 1 minute
towards Makomanai Junior High School ground.Free shuttle bus service is
available to the Onsen. It takes about 50 minutes and departures everyday
at 10:00 a.m. Return trip at 3:00 p.m. from Hoheikyo Onsen.One round trip
per day ( except Sundays and public holidays ) |
